Vyto Ruginis (born 1956) is an American actor, who appeared in the show Miami Vice as an unnamed process server who serves Albert "Al" Lombard with his court summons in the episode "Lombard".

Ruginis was born in Chicago, Illinois. He made his film debut in the 1985 TV movie Charlotte Forten's Mission: Experiment in Freedom (with Bruce McGill). His movie debut came in 8 Million Ways to Die.
