Vyto Ruginis (born 1956) is an American actor, who appeared in the show Miami Vice as an unnamed process server who serves Albert "Al" Lombard with his court summons in the episode "Lombard".

Ruginis was born in Chicago, Illinois. He made his film debut in the 1985 TV movie Charlotte Forten's Mission: Experiment in Freedom (with Bruce McGill). His movie debut came in 8 Million Ways to Die. Other movie appearances include Jumpin' Jack Flash (with Jeroen Krabbe), The Verne Miller Story (with Xander Berkeley & Lucinda Jenney), Made In Heaven (with Amanda Plummer), Casualties of War (with John Leguizamo, Ving Rhames and Al Shannon), Love Is Like That (with Richard Edson & Joe Dallesandro), Phenomenon (with Kyra Sedgwick), The Insider (with Phillip Baker Hall & Bruce McGill), The Fast and the Furious, Moneyball (with Brent Jennings), and his most recent movie appearance, in 2014's Lost Time.
