Tommy is an auto mechanic that owns Tommy's Garage, specializing in luxury, high-dollar cars, and is the only one that works on Crockett's Ferrari Daytona. Tommy says she charges fair prices, but has been known to add things Crockett didn't ask for and charging for them (but she does charge more to others for the same work...cutting Crockett a break). She also fixes breakfast for her clients, if they want it. In 1986 Tommy was working on attorney Laurence Thurmond's car, a yellow Daytona, and kept some papers for Crockett, the entire Jean Faber operation, including affadavits, evidence, etc., that she was holding for Crockett.

Later in 1986 she was one of the mechanics working on the sports cars being used in the Miami Grand Prix, including driver Danny Tepper's Porsche. When Danny is suspected in the murder of the prostitute Florence Italy, Tommy lets Crockett know where he is, and also attends a racer party held by Marty Worthington, a major auto magazine mogul, and is disgusted with the "racer chaser" Becky Sklar, saying she "set women's rights back 100 years" with her groupie tactics. Tommy continues to work on cars though we don't see her after 1986.
