Shari Headley (born July 15, 1964) is an American actress, who appeared in the show Miami Vice as Cindy, girlfriend of David (played by Cameron Arnett) who took a picture of Sirat Bandi (played by Xavier Coronel) killing a delivery driver for morphine, later shot and wounded by the international terrorist in the episode "French Twist".

Headley was born in Queens, New York. She began her acting career on The Cosby Show before making her film debut in 1988's Coming to America. Her other movie roles include The Preacher's Wife (with Lionel Richie), Johnson Family Vacation, and her most recent appearance in Nothing Is Private.
Her TV roles include Quantum Leap (with Dean Stockwell), Matlock, New York Undercover (with Michael DeLorenzo, Patti D'Arbanville, and Giancarlo Esposito), a regular role in 413 Hope Street that lasted one season, Veronica Mars, House, M.D., Castle, and her most recent role, 10 Things I Hate About You as Marcheline. Hadley also had roles on the soap operas Guiding Light, The Bold and The Beautiful, and her role as Officer Mimi Reed Frye on All My Children that she appeared on recurrently from 1991-2005.

Hadley married actor/rapper Christopher "Play" Martin in 1993 (one half of Kid & Play) until their divorce in 1995, and they have a son, Skyler Martin (born 1994)
