Robert Schenkman (born June 7, 1953) is an American actor, known by the stage name Robert Trebor, who appeared in the show Miami Vice as Maxwell Dirks, police administrator who seizes Crockett's Ferrari Daytona Spyder to auction for police funds in the episode "Whatever Works".

Trebor was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He began acting from age 13 in local stage productions, then went into film. He made his TV debut in three episodes of The Streets of San Francisco, then made his movie debut in 1980's Gorp. Some of his other movie roles include Turk 182! (with Norman Parker), 52 Pick-Up (with Vanity & Clarence Williams III), Talk Radio (with Ellen Greene, Zach Grenier & Eric Bogosian), The Shadow (with John Kapelos), Raise Your Voice, and his most recent film, Hip-Hop Headstrong. On television, Trebor appeared in Simon & Simon, Murphy Brown (with Robert Pastorelli), Baywatch, Empty Nest, and Night Court, before appearing as Salmoneus in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and its' companion show, Xena: Warrior Princess. His most recent TV appearance was in 2004's movie Wedding Daze.
