Ned Eisenberg (born January 13, 1957) is an American actor, who appeared in the show Miami Vice as Frederico Librizzi, head of the Librizzi crime family, and Albert "Al" Lombard's boss who tries to kill him in the episodes "Lombard" and "World of Trouble, Charlie Glide, a stockbroker who doubles as a middleman for drug transactions in the episode "Yankee Dollar", and Sal Castelli, who is trying to get the Madonna painting in the episode "The Lost Madonna".

Eisenberg was born in New York City, New York. He began his acting career in the movie The Exterminator, followed by roles in The Burning (with Larry Joshua), Firstborn, Moving Violations, Key Exchange (with Alix Elias), Primary Colors (with Paul Guilfoyle), Celebrity (with Melanie Griffith), A Civil Action (with David Thornton & Dan Hedaya), Head of State (with Lynn Whitfield), Million Dollar Baby, Flags of our Fathers, Limitless (with Tomas Arana), Won't Back Down (with Ving Rhames), Experimenter (with John Leguizamo), and his most recent movie appearance, in 2015's Meadowland (with Leguizamo).

On television, Eisenberg became a semi-regular on Dick Wolf's Law & Order series as defense attorney James Granick. He took the same role (but under a different name, Roger Kessler) in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (with Richard Belzer), and can be seen in both series' (his most recent TV appearance was in a 2016 episode of SVU). Some of Eisenberg's other TV appearances include Crime Story, The Equalizer, The Fanelli Boys, LA Law, NYPD Blue (with Esai Morales & Garcelle Beauvais), Dragnet (with Ed O'Neill), The Black Donnellys, The Big C (with Oliver Platt), 30 Rock, The Good Wife, and Person of Interest.
