Keith Gordon (born February 3, 1961, New York City, New York) is an American actor, producer, and director who appeared as professor Terrence "Terry" Baines in the episode "Leap of Faith" of the series Miami Vice.

CareerEdit

Gordon started his career in acting, debuting in a 1975 episode of the TV series Medical Center, his other TV roles include episodes of WIOU, Brooklyn Bridge, and his most recent role, in Dexter (with James Remar). His movie career began in Jaws 2, followed by All That Jazz (with C.C.H. Pounder and Tito Goya), Home Movies (with Gerrit Graham) and Dressed to Kill before his most known roles as "Arnie Cunningham" in Christine, Lloyd Muldaur in The Legend of Billie Jean (with Dean Stockwell), and "Jason Melon" in Back to School (with Burt Young and Johnny Hernandez). He appeared in Charlie Barnett's Terms of Enrollment (with Charlie Barnett and John Matuszak), I Love Trouble (with Julia Roberts and Paul Gleason, and Delivering Milo before retiring from acting to go behind the camera and directing the movies The Chocolate War, Mother Night, and The Singing Detective, and episodes of the TV series Rubicon, House, M.D., Dexter, and The Killing.

Gordon married actress Rachel Griffin in 1998, they have no children.
