John Soursby Glover, Jr. (born August 7, 1944, Kingston, New York) is an American actor, specializing in villainous roles, who appeared as electronics/surveillance expert Steve Duddy in the episode "Lend Me an Ear" of the series Miami Vice. Glover's character was planned to return in the episode "The Big Thaw" but he was unavailable when filming started.

Glover has over 125 acting credits on his resume, beginning in 1973 in the movie Shamus (with Joe Santos, Beeson Carroll and Kevin Conway), followed by roles in Annie Hall, Julia (with Mark Metcalf), Last Embrace (with Jacqueline Brookes), The American Success Company (with Bianca Jagger), White Nights, Masquerade (written by Dick Wolf), Rocket Gibraltar (with Suzy Amis), Scrooged, Gremlins 2: The New Batch (with Keye Luke), Batman and Robin, The Civilization of Maxwell Bright (with Austin Pendleton and Keith Diamond), You Bury Your Own (with Mykelti Williamson), and his most recent movie appearance, Shazam!.

His TV appearances began in 1975 with a role on the series Kojak, followed by roles in several series and TV movies, including The Face of Rage (with Graham Beckel, Keith Szarabajka, and Thomas G.
