James Hong (born February 22, 1929, Minneapolis, Minnesota) is an American actor who appeared as Yakuza boss Riochi Tanaka in the episode "The Rising Sun of Death" of the series Miami Vice.

Hong's career spans nearly 70 years and over 450 credited roles.
