Harold Bergman appeared in the show Miami Vice as Judge Clarence P. Rupp (though credited as Sumner D. Rupp), who releases Leon Mohammad (played by Mykel T. Williamson) on his own recognizance (as a ruse to turn on his boss, Calderone (played by Miguel Piñero) in the episode "Brother's Keeper", and as a court usher who swears in Albert "Al" Lombard (played by Dennis Farina) for his grand jury testimony in the episode "Lombard".
