Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa (born September 27, 1950, Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese actor who appeared as Kenji Fujitsu, a former employee of yazuka boss Riochi Tanaka in the episode "The Rising Sun Of Death", and as Tegoro, a mysterious Asian man who worked with Carlos Escobar in the episode "Asian Cut" of the series Miami Vice.

Tagawa began his acting career in the movies, debuting in 1986's Armed Response, but his breakthrough role occurred in the 1987 film The Last Emperor (with Joan Chen), Twins, Licence to Kill, The Phantom (with James Remar, Bill Smitrovich, and David Proval), Mortal Kombat, Pearl Harbor, Planet of the Apes (with Helena Bonham Carter), and his most recent movie appearance, 2010's Tekken.
His TV roles began in 1987's MacGyver (episode with Bruce McGill, followed by The Colbys, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Moonlighting (with Bruce Willis), a regular role in the first season of Nash Bridges (with Don Johnson), the TV movie NetForce (with Xander Berkeley, Brian Dennehy, and C.C.H. Pounder), Heroes, and his most recent TV appearance, in two episodes of the re-booted Hawaii Five-0 in 2011.
