Angela Alvarado Rosa is an American actress & music video director, who made her acting debut as Jan Larken, a prostitute in Isabel Batista's stable in the episode "Killshot" of the show Miami Vice.

Early life/CareerEdit

Alvarado Rosa was born in New York, New York, of Puerto Rican descent. After her acting debut on Vice, Alvarado appeared in Don Johnson's video for "Heartbeat" as well as Tears For Fears' "Woman In Chains" as the pole dancer. She made her movie debut in She's Having A Baby (with Paul Gleason), then in Salsa where she met her future husband, Robi Rosa. She returned to TV in the movies Night Visions (with James Remar), and Jack Reed: Badge of Honor (with Brian Dennehy & Michael Talbott), then appeared in guest starring roles in Gun (with Edward James Olmos), Without A Trace, the miniseries Kingpin (with Elpidia Carrillo, Julio Oscar Mechoso, and Pepe Serna), three episodes of Dexter (with James Remar). the TV movie Lone Rider (with Lou Diamond Phillips), and her most recent TV appearance as a judge in the soap opera The Young and the Restless. She also directed four of her husband's music videos, including the 2004 Latin Grammy winner Mas y Mas.

Personal LifeEdit

Alvarado Rosa has a sister Magali Alvarado, also an actress (who appeared in Salsa). She is married to Robi Draco Rosa and has two sons, Revel & Redamo.
